CUDARayCasting::RunnerIt acts as a controller between render, logic and user interaction. It's executed by GlutWrapper::Window through GlutWrapper::IRunner interface. Also the right mouse menus are defined through GlutWrapper::IMenuListener (GetMenuEntries method)
